Dome cakes covered in fondant are ornamented with fondant as well. Gum paste flowers of poinsettia, mistle toe, pine with cones, holly, and berries are used as ornamentation for the collage photo. These are all conserved for use in decorating cakes for the Christmas Season! Gelatin poinsettias and bows accent the scene as well!!!
