Didnt come out like I wanted but the customer gasped and that was all that mattered! Makes it all worth it for me. The bike is fondant with tylose. And the flames were handcut- wanted to give it a go :) the cake is chocolate (moms recipe) with whipped ganache filling, thanks for taking a peek! Happy Turkey Day!
