An organic, super moist, eggless, wholewheat, jaggery and banana cake without butter , sugar or anything else to feel guilt about.

This cake was for dear mayuri. Her son turned 1. :)

Frosting is fresh strawberry buttercream which is made using homemade butter and fresh organic strawberry without any artificial colours.
I’m happy that i tried a new flower using edible wafer paper to finish the look of the cake . :) This is exactly, how i would celebrate any occasion. eat healthy and celebrate !!!
