I was so honoured to be a part of the Rocky Horror Sugar Show at Cake International…a collaboration of 40 bakers celebrating 40 years of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The pieces I made were edible paper cuts….using edible wafer paper, hand drawn designs which were then cut out with a scalpel and painted with cocoa butter and edible dusts, placed in frames made from chocolate!
