Such a sweet theme! In the UK there is a company called BabyBallet, it has many franchise’s across the UK that offer non-competitive and fun classes for pre-schoolers.

This cake was for little Heidi’s 1st Birthday who loves attending her BabyBallet class. Twinkle is the BabyBallet mascot so I wanted to try and make a similar bear for the cake in a little ballet outfit.
