My good friend Matt wanted something disgusting for the Halloween party. Monkey brains? Zombie? bloody monster? nope. He wanted a giant cockroach. I think I took it a tad to far when I filled it with bavarian cream so that it oozes. The roach is carved out of chocolate cake covered in fondant then airbrushed.
