This custom design was created for an older college graduate who loves all things girly and glitzy. I was told to over embellish the design with gold and diamonds. The interior is a chocolate chip truffle cake with layers of chocolate buttercream and ganache. The exterior of the cake is adorn with edible earrings, bangles, brooches, bracelets and jewels made from isomalt, gumpaste and modeling chocolate. (some of the pieces are actual jewelry per the recipients request)
