This cake was our hugest challenge yet. It took us several all nighters. The brief was to recreate the original 1914 shop front of the very first store in Australia. Then the 1930s version then the same store as it stands now. It was almost 2 metres long and took 4 men to lift it.
Every element was edible with some parts being built up with rice crispy treats.

The cake made it on the news that night and was pretty much the highlight of our career so far.
