Tito is one of our favourite little clients, who like all kids, has a current favourite tv show. This year’s request was for a cake based on the very popular kids show, “Dinosaur Train”.
I watched an episode and actually learnt a thing or two about dinosaurs!
Mum requested anything with his favourite characters, “Buddy and Don” on it! So we modelled Buddy and Don out of fondant, and had them sitting on a rock seat, waiting for the train to come along and take them on an adventure.
This cake was gluten and dairy free.
