My calaveras (skull) lady is my first creation for this celebration, Sugar Skull Bakers 2015, so I wanted to make a piece that would honor this fascinating tradition. The centers of the blossoms on top are skulls and the best part for me was doing her makeup and giving her an expression. I hope you love her as much as I do, and thank you for your support.
