Minnie Mouse cake for sweet little Roos

Here is the birthday cake I made for Roos.
She became 2 last weekend, and loves Minnie Mouse
It was my first time a request for a Minnie Mouse cake
So I made this one with all my love, but she is not easy to make, miss Minnie!
Flavour of the cake is vanillabiscuit, with lemoncurd/marscarponemousse,
vanillasirup and a fresh lemoncurd. with a dark ganache.
