It’s not often you get to make a 100th birthday cake for someone, I was honoured to be asked to make this cake for Mrs Helen Lea. The brief was ‘she likes Roses’ so I pulled out all stops on the sugar roses! 😄 and thought a rose presentation box would be a nice idea for her cake!
