I was asked for a rather strange combination of elements for this cake. It needed to be allusive to the Pharmacy paraphernalia or pills and tablets, hence the snake as part of the Pharmacy Association, Poppy, a character from League of Legends, was a must and Timon (or at least a Meerkat).
