This chicken cake is based on the Pretty Witty Cakes tutorial by Tammy Barrett. I did make a few changes to make her my own and make her more of a lady chicken!. I was really happy with how the feathers came out and had several people at the party ask if they were real (happy dance!) Made of chocolate mudcake layered with strawberry SMBC. Ganached , fondant & airbrushed.
