I was shown a beautiful cake made by The Sugarplum Bakehouse & asked to replicate this for my future daughter in law to give as a gift.. I’m out of my comfort zone with models but agreed to do my, very similar, version. Vanilla Victoria sponge cakes filled with jam & vanilla buttercream.
