I made this for my daughter’s birthday, she loves Steampunk. The corset tier was White Almond Sour Cream cake with strawberry filling and fresh strawberries and vanilla bean buttercream. The top tier was a dark chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache. The hat was made from lots of Rice Krispie Treats covered with chocolate ganache. The cakes and the hat were covered in Marshmallow fondant. Accented with gum paste butterfly, Steampunk gears, dark purple lilies, black roses and white flowers, lock and key, and feathers. The cake was over 26" tall!
