Hi, this was my first ever sugar shoe which I made without the use of any moulds or cutters. As it was my first shoe I opted for a simple design. The shoe box is a vanilla sponge with strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream. The clutch bag is a chocolate sponge piped with buttercream rosettes. I added a few sugar roses for decoration. This was a present for a friend who had just asked for a cake with either a shoe or bag theme, she was delighted :-)
