Here is my competition cake entry for The American Cake and Sugarcrafts Fair held in Orlando, FL!! The story behind this piece is to represent tranquility, strength, leadership, success!! The bear and Indian combination exudes being a protector, a leader filled with physical strength with the agility to move swiftly! I chose " Gold" to paint over the fondant covered sculpture to represent success and victory!! The structure is grounded by a woodgrain finish, standing strong and sturdy!!! " WE WON BRONZE "!!!
