This was a “just for fun” cake I made for a “Lady in Black” themed girls night get together. It was not my first design choice…or my second…or my favorite…but it was sooo yummy! It was white chocolate cake with cream cheese buttercream and dark cherry fillings covered in dark chocolate ganache.
