Rococo Cupid cake

This is a practice cake I did to work on my freehand painting skills. I was inspired by the Craftsy course I took with Alexandria Pellegrino and was trying to capture the romance of the Rococo period. My love of art history and architecture was a big inspiration in the creation of this design.

I just came back from Italy where everything is gold embellished! I also signed up for the same craftsy class! I’ve just th first lesson yet! Can’t wait to practice!
