The brief for this cake was a fifties style and I was given bits of fabric which was used to make the bunting decoration. I loved the colours, as it is very bright and vibrant and was great fun to make.

They wanted to bring in records, so the bottom tier has discs in varying colour along with a record every now and then.

The diner sign on the middle tier has their names and the date on it.

The plaque on the top was handpainted and matches the invitations.
