Biryani is an Indian dish loved by many pple. It is full of flavours and made with chicken pieces.here is my version of Biryani served in an earthen pot. The rice is hand rolled fondant.a very tedious workout worth the effort:) accompanied with chilli, egg piece and a mint leaf to garnish:) enjoy!!
