I loved making this cake, it stands at 19inches tall and is made from a base cake of 10 inches, a middle layer if two 8 inch cakes and is topped with three 6 inch cakes carved into a birdcage shape.

The base layer is decorated with hand cut flowers and trimmed with a satin ribbon. The middle layer is also trimmed with a satin ribbon and has hand cut hearts around the centre.

The top tier is decorated to look like a birdcage with hand cut flowers and birds.
