This, to date, is my most challenging cake to make as the amount of details that is required to cover the circumference of the cake with Sesame Street façade. At front view is the main 123 building, the famous Hooper’s Store and the iconic lamp post on the right. Back of cake has Oscar’s place as well as the building where the humans in SS play basketball (can you spot the mini hoop?) ;-)

Elmo, Big Bird and Cookie Monster were all handmade from fondant.
