A little elegant cake I made for my In-laws on their 40th wedding anniversary.

The cake is covered in dark chocolate ganache with moroccan velvet red lustre dry brushed onto it. I love the effect and how the texture of the ganache shows through!

Inside the cake is four layers of chocolate raspberry brownie with passionfruit buttercream and freeze dried raspberries. Yum! Stoked I got to eat some ;-)
