This weeks cake is a 3 tier engagement cake. 12/9/6 (red velvet with cream cheese filling and white chocolate ganache under fondant.

The original color scheme for the cake was supposed to be Lilac and gold, but the bride messaged the evening before it was due and requested a change to silver accents…unfortunately I had already done all the quilting, I sent her a picture and she was happy. (good job)

The cake features, stripes, swags and bows, a little ring box with a diamond engagement ring and stylized roses…and of course lots of bling! lol
