This is my contribution piece for the GAME ON Collaboration and it is based on TRON [Arcade Game] It is a simple concept with a pun. Vectors , lines grids in the dark glowing to add some movement and resemble not only part of TRON but also the experience of going into Arcade Games stores back in the 80’s

I used edible glow in the dark paint I found in Australia and as the Cake was all in Black sugar paste and flower paste for the vectors I had to paint the latter edges in white several times before applying the Glowing paints a couple of times. I also had to source a very good deep range Black Light to get the best out of the piece. I shot the pictures in complete darkness first but had to turn a small light on, far and as a background,to bring the cake shape out a little bit without interfering with the Black light in the front doing its work.

I left the fancy motorbikes [that came with the films] and any possible font/name/letter/characters as I did not think it necessary and because I wanted to be inspired on it and not have troubles with copyright issues.
