My first time making a cupcake dress. I was pretty excited as I have always wanted to try making one. I have never piped rosettes and have to thank my friend Cassandra Rise for taking the time to show me as I am no expert. I am pretty happy with how they turned out.

As usual, I delivered to my client who always insist on taking them into her house without my help. While I was getting the additional cupcakes, I hear this “pop” noise and all I could think was oh no!!! In her attempt to carry the big box inside, she hit the door and the box fell to the ground causing most of the cupcakes to come lose and turn upside down. I was traumatized!!!! Thank goodness we had 30 extra cupcakes which I used to reconstruct the dress.
