A bit of a back story on this cake …
Unfortunately, the original cake maker went down with the flu and was unable to make a wedding cake. As a result I had 4 days to meet,design, bake, create and deliver this cake to save the day and I did it!! No idea how, as I also had 2 other 4 tiers this same week. So three 4 tiers for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It was like a military operation.
So the brief was baby pink and light sage bridesmaids, ivory lace and diamante wedding dress, gold edged china, pink roses, countrystyle and pretty .
Cake flavours were white chocolate and raspberry, cookie and cream, chocolate with salted caramel and peanut buttercream, and vanilla
I’ve been told there was none left but the top tier they managed to save!
I love having a challenge and was very happy with the outcome of all three cakes x
