When I agreed to make my friends wedding cake, I had never made a cake. I willingly agreed on a whim to gift a cake as my wedding present (crazy lady)
This is a take on an old design, all layers 6" deep. It was a labour of love, I also had the chance to go into the kitchen and cut the cake myself. This was amazing and heartbreaking in the same breath.
