This was a blast to make! This birthday cake was for a guy whose favorite beer is Coors Light. The can and solo cup are hand-sculpted and made of rice crispies. The “foam” is made of edible pearls and bubble gum and the border is made of fondant bottle caps. The fondant mountains are brushed with royal icing…Drink it if the mountains are blue! ;p
