I entered into Cake International this year, London at the ExCel. It was my first ever entry and I decided to enter the Wedding Cake Category. The design of my cake was based upon challenging myself (as if entering wasn’t enough) so I chose Spheres. I then wanted a theme, so I chose the wedding dress. I broke the dress down into 5 sections and began designing from there!

I was so truly chuffed to be awarded Silver for this cake!! I’d learnt a lot and I cannot wait to enter in 2016!!

And one of the complete Highlights was meeting Paul Bradford from Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School and pinching him from his stand for a cheeky pic! Such a lovely guy 😍
