This was such a lovely cake to make, sadly my pesky airbrush broke down on me just as I was about to start colouring her….so I had to hand colour and that didn’t look as great as I would’ve liked! But still I’m proud of her. Her head and cub were made from modelling chocolate covered in sugarpaste and the main body carved chocolate cake. Hope you like her 😊
