This cake was done for a friend of mine who was recently elected Chief of Police and did an “open house”. The cake was a 14" square that I carved. I iced the whole cake in buttercream then cut a piece of dark blue fondant on top. The inner seal was a piece of rice paper. The letters were hand cut from fondant.
