Dum dum dum dum-da-dum dum-da-dum…

This was my recent entry for a live cake decorating competition. 4.5 hours to to stack, carve/sculpt and cover and decorate. I think little Vader could have been better with a little more time and attention, but am happy with the result. I particularly love a friends comment – ‘he looks like Darth Vader meets Pocoyo!’

Vader’s head and body are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and he stands at about 18" tall. He’s got a little lighted light sabre as well ;D
