So this was pretty much my 2 nd biggest cake I created for my bosses sons 21st. He wanted to add so much on one traditional round cake that I thought this would be a grate suprise and a brilliant challenge for me to try the gravity defying cake. Plain vanilla inside and lots of fondant on the outside! For the foam I used chocolate truffles and then placed white fondant over the top to get the effect I wanted. Seeing as this is an old cake from last year, if I were to create it again I’d definitely use modeling chocolate for it..love the effect of the can though and so did everyone else.
