This was the birthday cake for my beloved grandma!
She loves to drink coffee so I decided to make her own coffee cup cake.

I used pink marzipan and green marzipan for the leaves, light pink fondant for the roses, coffee beans made out of chocolate, white fondant for the cups and egg whites with sugar (icing sugar selfmade) for the decor.

The cakes was filled with coffee cream and mascarpone cream. In the cups I filled some whipped cream with instant coffee.
