This cake was for a girl who was having a Lalaloopsy themed party. She wanted Scoops Waffle Cone as the character on the cake, so I designed this to resemble her ice cream shop, and I bought the mini Scoops Waffle Cone doll and placed it on the cake board at delivery. The bottom tier is an 8" neopolitan cake with white chocolate buttercream filling. The top tier is a 6" cookies & cream cake with vanilla buttercream filling.
