By far and away the largest single tier cake to leave my kitchen at 18.5 × 13.5″. Created for Thames Hospice Home in Windsor for their opening day tomorrow the design is based on their logo and the wafer/gumpaste sunflowers for the Sunflower Memories Campaign.
Special guests, comedian and star of The Goodies TV series, Tim Brooke-Taylor, and The Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Councillor Eileen Quick will be cutting the cake at tomorrows (24/07/15) opening. I was very impressed with all of their preparation when I delivered the cake today – it is looking like a high end furniture store

Thank you Little Apple and Jenny – It is not actually a sheet cake in the true sense of the word hun, it is 2 × 9×13″ xx
