I crated this cake for Valentines day but since I didn’t have a Valentine I dedicated to all the people that mean something to me. The cakes are a combinations of chocolate and vanilla cakes with different fillings(chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, raspberry filling, pastry cream with fresh fruit, and ganache. I frosted the cakes in vanilla buttercream to create the ombre effect. the heart are all sugar cookies with royal icing.
