So cute and colorful – my daughter dreams up the most unique and fun ideas for her birthday cakes. I love how these turned out! A lot of work but we had family visiting from out of town and I had all of them around the kitchen table assembling about 6 dozen rainbow cake push pops in all. We finished off the push pops in Shopkins stickers that we printed onto sticky label paper and punched out with a cutter. The cake is modeled after a Shopkins toy named, Sugar Crush. Her body is a 6 inch round, crumb coated in white and pink chocolate ganache then covered in both sugar crystals and sanding sugar. The hat is made out of rice krispie treats covered in Satin Ice Fondant. Thanks for looking!
