A rich dark chocolate cake layered with cherry&Port Wine syrup, SMBC and cherry pieces. Decadent most definitely but well worth it!.
This cake was one of those exquisitely unusual cakes where everything went exactly according to plan….I didn’t know that could happen!!… Even the music playing on the radio was brilliant!.
It was a dance around the kitchen while I made it type cake, an “I wish there was a little more to do on it” when it was finished type cake!. It happens so rarely………in truth…… I think it’s the first time for me! I had to share. Now if only there were such a thing as a kitchen cleanup fairy! I do hope you enjoy him x
