This creation is an example of how far I have come as a cake decorator. Putting together some of the many techniques I have learned over the past 12 months, to create something I am very happy with. Cake is lemon sponge, with lemon curd and white chocolate ganache. Top tier is a dummy, and all decorations are fondant. I included a photo of some hand painted decorations that didn’t make it on to the final cake (they were just too big), but I was so pleased with how they turned out. It was so much fun to make this one, I hope you all enjoy it too. :)
