I took part in group cake collaboration on Facebook, I have enjoyed seeing all pieces created from the theme ‘Mirrors’ which was opened to interpretation.

Here is my spin on the theme. Little Red Riding Hood in the rain. Her hand is held out to feel the last drops of the rain and her reflection distorted in a puddle you can see dents where the rain has just fallen onto the ground. She is airbrushed from white and the reflection hand painted. Her bow is made from rice paper (commonly used for spring rolls). Everything is edible except the structure that she sits on, the bbq stick that supports the umbrella and the wire used to make the handle on the basket.
