This is a cake I made for a new coffee and ice-cream shop in Dublin called Sweet Republic, with the coolest slogan…“Without ice-cream there would be chaos and darkness” Really had fun making all the bits that went onto it, probably one of the “busiest” cakes I’ve ever made….but sure you can’t have too much ice-cream right?!?!
