I have been making Emily’s Cakes since she was 5 and each year the challenge has always been to do something that I have not done before. She told me that she loves drawing and fashion. The hand painted fashionista’s had me seeing double when I was painting those outlines I can tell you. The top cake is vanilla layered with citrus zest buttercream whilst the bottom cake is chocolate layered with Nutella buttercream. Both were covered in Milk choc ganache before being covered with sugarpaste.
