Lemon cake with BC. I had a terrible time with the humidity/heat with this one. it’s so very frustrating not have AC in my home! I thought the characters (fondant & tylose) turned out cute; but the fondant on the cake just drooped. I was so disappointed for Matthew; but he was a great sport. TFL.
