"You plonker Rodney" Only fools & horses cake

My son loves Only Fools & Horses on the TV so I thought I’d attempt a cake to reflect this for his birthday. Unfortunately it was a bit rushed so felt I could have done better. He loved it though. Chocolate Madeira with chocolate buttercream & apricot jam filling.

Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
