I made this cake for my granddaughter’s 2nd Birthday. It’s three layers are covered with purple fondant and pink gumpaste lace, her favorite colors. Decorated with white pearls, daisies and violets. The Hello Kitty topper is hand molded with a gumpaste body and a rice krispy head, covered with gumpaste. The 12 inch layer was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, the 9 inch layer was yellow cake with raspberry mousseline buttercream and the 6 inch cake was yellow with Meyer lemon curd filling.
