When the couple send me a picture of the love birds cake by Faye Cahill i was so excited. I havent done that many cakes to date but to do one inspired by someone who inspires me was going to be a treat. I haven’t copied the love birds cake this is my interpretation of it. I have added Sugar Gerberas as they are special to the couple it was made for. ( my first time ever making them) i was very pleased with the end result. The handpainting was fun to, another first. I hope you like it. xx
